Trade House does not engage with speculative trade and sources the goods only for designated requirements of its customers.

Thanks to its board network of customers as well as suppliers, Trade House’s strategy in business development lies on connecting the right parties together, building long lasting business avenues.

Risk Management

Risk management is a critical component of our business. We evaluate all our transactions carefully and do our utmost to mitigate credit risk and exposure to price & currency fluctuations.

We have ample expertise on board to monitor documentation and handling of documentary credits with precision.

Due to frequent interactions with our banks and insurers, we update our procedures in line with their expectations.

Supply Chain  & Risk Management

We work with our long term producer customers for the supply of their raw material requirements as well as for the product requirements of our distributor business partners in a way that we make sure of ‘just in time deliveries’ as per their actual needs. We collaborate with well performing logistics providers to manage inventories and delivery schedules.

By managing the delivery timing to our customers, we also make sure that they’re not subject to price fluctuations as per pre-agreed pricing schemes.
